The Global View in Hudu offers a centralized location that gives users comprehensive visibility across their entire environment. From a single pane of glass, users can access and manage critical data, helping teams stay aligned, informed, and efficient.
Access to the Global View is determined by a user’s security group permissions. Some groups may have limited or no access, depending on how permissions are configured. Admins and Super Admins will always have full access.
What's Included in Global View
Users with access can view the following core items, all of which are filterable by one or multiple companies:

Passwords: All saved credentials across every client.

Define and track best practices for documenting assets to ensure consistency across your Hudu environment. Restricted to Super Admins and Admins only. -
Leaderboard
Introduces a gamified approach by ranking users based on their documentation activity. It encourages good documentation habits and promotes timely, accurate entries. Restricted to Super Admins and Admins only. -
Flag Review
Highlights flagged items that need attention—whether due to outdated information, missing details, or other issues. This feature helps teams quickly identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity. -
Process Completion
View all active processes across your environment, along with their overall completion status. This helps teams monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure workflows are on track. -
Documentation Quality
Gain visibility into documentation health by viewing completion ratings for each company. This feature provides a clear snapshot of where documentation is strong—and where improvement is needed—supporting better data hygiene across your clients. Restricted to Super Admins and Admins only.
Assets
The Asset Global View in Hudu provides a centralized overview of all assets across your entire environment. Accessible via the Global tab on the toolbar, this view streamlines asset management by giving you quick visibility into everything, regardless of which company it belongs to.
Assets are grouped by asset layout, allowing for an organized, logical display based on asset type or structure. Assets in each layout are filterable by one or multiple companies for more focused management.
