zofiQ

The zofiQ integration with Hudu enables technicians to quickly access relevant Hudu documentation through zofiQ Copilot while working on tickets. This integration is designed to surface existing documentation at the right moment, eliminating the need for technicians to manually search Hudu.

What You'll Need

  • A Hudu account with Administrative privileges
  • IP Access Control

If you only allow access to Hudu from specific IP Addresses, please inform zofiQ.

Integration Features

When a technician opens a ticket, zofiQ Copilot automatically initiates its AutoFetch process. AutoFetch analyzes the ticket context—including the summary and description—to understand the nature of the request. Based on this analysis, zofiQ identifies potentially relevant documentation stored in Hudu.

What it brings over

  • A direct hyperlink to the relevant Hudu document

The Copilot then presents this link to the technician. When selected, the document opens in a new browser tab directly within Hudu, allowing quick access without leaving the ticket workflow.

What zofiQ needs from Hudu

  • Hudu URL
  • API Key

Enabling the zofiQ Integration

The integration can be enabled at any point, either during Hudu environment testing or in production. The zofiQ-Hudu integration is built and maintained by zofiQ using the Hudu API.

Creating a Hudu API Key

  • Navigate to the Hudu Admin Area

  • Select Account Administration → API

  • Click + New API Key in the top-right corner
