As we build and deploy AI capabilities across the Hudu platform, we are committed to the following principles. These will evolve as our technology and understanding mature:
- You have full control of your AI usage. You decide if you want to enable AI features in your app. These can be toggled on or off at any time. They will run only when you choose to use them.
- Explanations of AI. When possible, Hudini AI will explain how it arrived at its conclusions - so you are not guessing how an output was generated.
- Strict data controls and permissions. Hudini AI will follow the same rules as a user does. If you can’t access something, neither can Hudini.
- Enterprise-grade data security. We use industry-standard encryption and data security practices to protect your content, in transit and at rest.
- Transparent practices. We’ll be clear about how Hudini AI works, what vendors we use, and how data flows through the system.
- Regulatory compliance and privacy. We’re committed to upholding privacy laws, data protection standards, and compliance obligations.
- Trusted AI models. We utilize high-quality, vetted AI models from reputable providers.
Your role in AI responsibility
With Hudini AI, we ask that users and teams use these tools responsibly. This includes:
- Understanding AI’s limitations
- Avoiding unsafe or illegal use
- Ensuring human oversight when needed
- Complying with relevant laws and regulations
AI governance approach
Our approach to AI governance is grounded in the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, a standard we’ve adopted to help guide the safe and responsible integration of AI into the Hudu platform.
We’ve incorporated the framework’s four pillars into our AI program:

We maintain internal policies and best practices to ensure AI is used ethically and legally across Hudu. This includes a structured feedback loop and clear accountability. -

Our Acceptable Use Policy outlines how Hudini AI should and shouldn’t be used, helping customers stay compliant and reduce risk. -

We continuously monitor the effectiveness and reliability of our AI integrations, ensuring that outputs remain useful and appropriate. -

A dedicated, cross-functional AI governance group—spanning legal, security, compliance, engineering, and product—oversees our AI efforts and ensures alignment with Hudu’s standards.Data Protection
