Level.io RMM is a modern remote monitoring and management solution, designed to save your team time through its flexibility, intuitive interface, and robust security.
Before setting up your Level.io integration, please read over our Understanding Integrations article to learn basic concepts and useful tips.
What You’ll Need
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Ability to access account settings within Level.io.
- Admin or super-admin user role within Hudu.
Integration Features
Level.io's integration with Hudu allows you to sync:
- Groups (Companies)
- Devices
What Level.io Needs from Hudu
- API Key
- Hudu Account URL
Enabling the Integration
Integrations can be enabled at any point during your Hudu environment testing and/or during production. The integration built between Level.io and Hudu was built by Level.io via the API.
- Navigate to your Hudu admin area >> Account Administration and click API.
- Click + New API Key in the top right.
- Select Full Access.
- Name the key whatever you wish.
- You do not need to restrict to a specific company.
- You do no need to list allowed IP addresses.
- You do not need to allow access to passwords.
- You do not need to allow access to destructive actions.
- Click Create.

Copy the generated key.
- Be sure to copy the key and keep this in a secure location; this will be the last time that you can see this key.
