Hudu has the ability to jump to a contact synced from a PSA from an external phone system, making it easy to identify documentation for a given user when they call in.
To setup, you need to point your phone system to jump to a URL like:
For hosted users:
https://MY-HUDU-SUBDOMAIN.huducloud.com/phone_jumps/PHONE-NUMBER-HERE
Replace MY-HUDU-SUBDOMAIN with your subdomain and PHONE-NUMBER-HERE with the phone number of the contact you are trying to jump to.
For self-hosted users:
https://MY-HUDU-URL/phone_jumps/PHONE-NUMBER-HERE
Replace MY-HUDU-URL with your domain and PHONE-NUMBER-HERE with the phone number of the contact you are trying to jump to.
Special characters are parsed out, so it makes it easy to find a number, regardless of formatting.
