Introduction
As we work on our new self-service billing portal; most billing inquiries will currently need to be handled by submitting a ticket to our support team.
Hudu bills based on the number of users that your environment reports; meaning all user additions/removals need to be done directly from your Hudu admin area >> Users tab.
- Our Self-Hosted pricing is $31/month; which includes your first three user licenses!
- Additional users are $15/month/user.
- Hudu has no contracts.
- Hudu offers a 10% discount if you pay for the year in advance.
- Our Magic Cloud (Hosted) pricing is $33/month; which includes your first user license!

Change License Count
Updating the number of licenses on your account can be accomplished from within your Hudu environment directly (Hudu admin area >> Users tab).
The billing portal will reflect the correct number of licenses on your account within 24 hours.
Users added/removed after billing has been set up will be prorated to match your billing cycle; which will appear on your next billing statement.
Users are only billed for the number of days active in your environment.
Adding Licenses
By inviting users in your Hudu admin >> Users area, you'll be increasing the number of licenses associated with your account, and therefore could be increasing your monthly (or yearly) price.
Adding any user role, outside of Portal users, will increase your number of active users.

Removing Licenses
To remove licenses from your Hudu account, navigate to your Hudu admin >> Users area. You'll then want to Archive any users that you'd like to remove from your account.
Archived users will not be included in your number of licensed users.
