The Hudu admin area is accessible ONLY to admins and super admin users within your organization.
The Global Asset Lookup (GAL) tab of the Hudu admin area serves as a repository to hold all assets, across all of the spaces found within your Hudu environment.
Filtering of the Global Asset Lookup is achieved using the Select asset layout dropdown; where you can filter per active asset layout type. You can also filter by Company Name. Assets found within client museums' cannot be accessed from the Global Asset Lookup page.
The Global Asset Lookup will provide:
- Asset Name.
- Asset Layout that the asset resides.
- Space Name that the asset resides.
- Asset Creation Date.
- Asset Last-Update Date.
- as well as the ability to click into the asset.
- Bulk Actions.
- Select one or more asset to show the Bulk Actions option.
- This will allow you to archive or permanently delete the asset(s).
